Purple and Green for Let's Craft and Create Challenge #229 on the 5th of March, 2026

 

Hi All!

It has been an extremely busy start to the year! I have already made two trips interstate for work and I think I am going over again in March and then to Singapore in April!
Anyway, for this month's challenge at Let's Craft and Create Challenge Blog, we have the optional theme of

Purple and Green

I thought of purple tulips, but then remembered that I just made a beautiful card during the latest La-La Land Crafts Colour & Create Virtual Retreat 2026 last weekend and we used stamps, dies and paper from La-La Land Crafts - it is pretty close to purple and green!! This virtual retreat is the original event for the February 2026 Release and the theme is Enchanted Woodlands.

So, here is my card:

For this card, everything was prepared for us and we just had to colour the image, fussy cut her and then organise the card! :) This is Irina's design and all the products used on these cards are either just released or already in the La-La Land Crafts Shop, so the products are:

• Forest Sprite Marci Rubber Stamp - although we have received a clear stamp version!
• Enchanted Paper Pack
• House Base Die
• Ivy Arbour Die
• Fuchsia Flowers Die
• Twinkle Stars Die
• Picket Fence Die - we also received this as part of the Virtual Retreat
• Grass Borders Die - this was part of the July 2025 Release
• Sun and Clouds Die
• Colour-Me Enamel Dots

Marci was already stamped and we coloured with the following Copics and Prismacolour pencils: 

• Copics - C5, C7, E000, E00, E11, E13, E21, R20, R81, R83, R85, BG11, BG13, BG72, BG75, YG23, YG25
• Prismacolour pencils - PC935 Black, PC936 Slate Grey, PC941 Light Umber, PC1081 Chestnut, PC1088 Muted Turquoise, PC1090 Kelp Green
