Two Koalas Sending Hugs by Conie Fong Art & Design for Little Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge #207 on the 4th of June, 2023

Hi All!

Welcome to my post about my card for challenge #207, the 4th of June 2023 challenge for the Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog.

I chose to use the Eucalyptus Tree Koala, as I love all Australian Marsupials! This image came with a koala facing left and one facing right, so I have digitally printed both images on to X-Press It Blending card and then coloured with the following Copics markers:

• koala - C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, R20, white gel pen
• tree - E41, E43, E44, E47, E49
• leaves - YG21, YG23, YG17
• flowers - RV63, RV55, RV66
• sky - B0000, B000, B00, B01
• outline - YG17

I have stamped a sentiment from Honey Bear Clear Stamp Set by La-La Land Crafts in Rich Cocoa Memento ink,  then cut out the image using my paper cutter and adhered it to a white card from Envelope Solutions.

As usual, I have taken inspiration from the wonderful Alyce at Kit and Clowder and her fantastic monthly classes and bonus classes.

Christmas Lights Gnome by Conie Fong for Winter Wonderland Challenge on the 1st of July 2022

 

At Winter Wonderland this month, we are hosted by Michelle!

Welcome to our sixth challenge for 2022.

So here is my project:

We had a choice of two images and I chose the image Christmas Lights Gnome, which I have digitally printed on to X-Press It blending card and then coloured it with the following Copics markers:

• skin - E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
• beard and gloves - C00, C0, C1
• red - R24, R27, R46, R59
• hat trimming - Twinkle Stickles
• black - C3, C5, C7
• lights - Y11, Y15, Y17, clear Wink of Stella, black glitter pen, C1, C3
• grounding - BV0000, BV000, BV00
• sky - B0000, B000, B00
• outline - R46

I cut the image with my paper cutter and adhered it on to a white card from Envelope Solutions.

As usual, I have taken inspiration from the wonderful Monthly Classes and Bonus Classes from the awesome Alyce at Kit and Clowder.
