Sugar and Spice Marci Happy Day Card

Here is my card for the latest sketch from Card Patterns: Sketch 169:

Unfortunately I missed the cut off for posting my card by about 6 mins!!! Oh well, at least I have a new card!! :)

Anyway, I have used the following:

• a kraft card and envelope from Envelope Solutions
• some blue textured card stock from DCWV, cut into a banner and then used on the envelope
• a piece of floral paper (I have no idea where it came from!), inked on the edge with Aquamarine Vivid! ink
• a glittered die cut by from Making Memories
• Sugar and Spice Marci (La-La Land Crafts) digitally stamped on to X-Press It paper and then hand coloured with Copics pens (hair: E35; skin: E00; lips: lipstick Spica pen; headband, dress and shoes: B02, B05, RV13; spoon: E31; cupcake: E31, RV10, R35)
• 'happy day' stamp from inkadinkado stamped in Aquamarine Vivid! ink.

Happy Day Heart Card

Here is my latest creation, using a couple of challenges. The sketch came from Card Positioning Systems and the colour scheme came from colour q.

The card is a white textured card stock from houseofpaper.com.au. I had a felt heart from Rainbow Lollies that matched some of the colours, then I added some paper frills (doodlebug designs inc) and stamped "happy day" in grey ink. I also added some glitter to the turquoise paper frill.
So here is my finished card:

The card is blank inside and a white envelope is included.

Happy Day - Tuesday Morning #116

Here is my card for this week's Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge:

Here is the sketch:

I have used:

• a white card and envelope
• a piece of pink striped paper
• three glittered die-cuts
• "happy day" stamp with purple ink
• a "cupcake" stamp with raspberry ink
• some pink and green brads

The card, envelope and brads are from my stash from Germany, the paper from die cuts with a view, the glittered die-cuts from making memories, "happy day" stamp from inkadinkado, "cupcake" stamp from BoBunny, the ink from Vivid!
