New Snowman Card

Here is a photo of my latest card that I made:

The idea came from all the snowmen I have seen in Etsy!
I have hand drawn in black Spica pen the body, face and outlined the hat and scarf. The buttons are lipstick Spica pen. The scarf is some spotted paper from a DCWV Christmas Stack from a few years ago, the hat is green card stock and the carrot nose orange card stock, both from DCWV.
Merry Christmas is stamped (Hero Arts) in black ink (Vivid!).
I also drew a small snowman on the bottom left corner of the front of the envelope in Spica pen.
The card and envelope are both from Envelope Solutions.

This card will be for sale in my Etsy Shop: JemLou Productions. Link to come.

New Red and Green Christmas Tags

Here are some photos of my latest project:

I stamped in silver ink "a very merry christmas to you" in the shape of a Christmas Tree and then "to:" and "from:" on the other side, also in silver ink.
I have been working on these over a few weeks, as I was trying to decide on the fibre for the string part. Eventually I decided on baker's twine, red and white, or green and white, which I purchased from one of my favourite Etsy shops based here in Melbourne: koko vanilla designs.
They look great with the baker's twine!
The actual tags are from Creative Dreams - Aby and I bought them when we were at a Scrapbooking Fair.
Five of the green tags and five of the red tags are for sale in my etsy shop: JemLou Productions. Link to listing to come.
Thanks for looking! :)

What am I working on this week?

I am trying to adapt my reindeer card to Christmas gift tags....I drew another reindeer and made it into a digital stamp. Then printed it out on card stock that I bought from Envelope Solutions and then coloured the reindeer in with my watercolour pencils - still waiting on a sale before I buy those Copic pens! :)

So here are some photos:

I am also working on Christmas Gift tags with A Very Merry Christmas to You on one side and To/From on the other side. Photo and information to follow.
