As if raising five children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the world of paper crafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. That was seven years ago.

I have digitally printed Cownt Your Blessings image and sentiment on to X-Press It Blending card and then coloured the image with the following Copics markers:

• cows - C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, colourless blender, R30, clear Wink of Stella
• hearts - R32, R35, R37, R59, Twinkle Stickles
• bricks - E50, E51, E53, E55, N3, N5
• sentiment - B12, B14, B16, clear Wink of Stella
• background - BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02
• outline - B16

I have cut the image using my paper cutter and adhered it on to a Kraft card from Envelope Solutions.

I also coloured 6 rhinestones from KaiserCraft with B16 and adhered three in two opposite corners of the card.

I have drawn some inspiration from the wonderful Alyce at Kit and Clowder and her awesome Monthly Classes.
