Hearts Card

Here is another card for this weekend!
I have used two challenges:

Card Positioning Systems #258

Here is my take on the two challenges:

I have used:

• a white card stock card
• three black card stock hearts and a red card stock heart, all from Rainbow Lollies
• a piece of brown card stock, inked with black ink

The card is blank inside, except for the red heart.

A white envelope is included.

Happy Easter Card

Here is my latest card based on this sketch from Card Patterns:

Here is the card, featuring Easter Marci (LaLaLand Crafts) hand-coloured with watercolour pencils and Spica pens:

The card is made with:

• a kraft card (Envelope Solutions)

• a piece of blue textured card stock (DCWV) with rounded corners and inked with Raspberry Vivid! ink

• a piece of yellow textured card stock (DCWV), inked with Raspberry Vivid! ink and stamped with "Happy Easter" also in Raspberry Vivid! ink

• a glittered die cut flower (Making Memories)  

The card is blank inside and a kraft envelope is included.

Dinosaur Cards

I loved that last sketch from Card Patterns so much, I made more cards based on the same sketch!! :)

Here are my latest creations with dinosaurs.....

For both cards, I used three shades of green card stock (DCWV), cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares and adhered to the card. To one side of the card, I have adhered with pop dots a hand-coloured dinosaur (NitWit Collections), which is stamped on white card stock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured with water colour pencils.

Both cards are Kraft card from Envelope Solutions.

Here is a close up of the dinosaurs:

A sentiment has been added to the cards: "You're Dino Mite!" or "Happy Birthday".

The inside is blank....I have left it up to the giver of the card! 

Alternatively a different sentiment could be added, or the dinosaurs coloured in different colours.

New Creations make a Splash!

Here are my latest creations, based on this sketch from CardPatterns:

For both cards, I used three shades of blue card stock (DCWV), cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares, inked on the edge with Aquamarine ink (Vivid!) and adhered to the card. Then I added some dark hydrangea waves with Papier dimensional paint. To the right of the card, I have adhered with pop dots a hand-coloured Mermaid Marci (LaLa Land Crafts), which is digitally stamped/printed on white card stock and coloured with water colour pencils and Spica pens.

Two jewels are added to the top right corner of the card.

The card on the left is a Kraft card and the card on the right is a square white card, both from Envelope Solutions.

Here is a close up of the mermaids:

I have not added a sentiment to the cards and the inside is blank....I have left it up to the giver of the card! 

"Splash!" would be a great sentiment, or "Happy Birthday" or perhaps "Thinking of You!"

New Cards and Treasuries

I have two new cards and they are already in treasuries!
The first one is the "Purple Heart Card" made with a felt heart from Rainbow Lollies and the second one is the "Felt Flowers Card" made with some felt flowers also from Rainbow Lollies.

• purple metallic dimensional paint (Plaid Folk Art)

Valentines Cards and SOTD

I have been MIA for a few weeks, as I have been getting my nearly 5 year old ready for school! She had her first full day today and was so exhausted she fell asleep in the car as soon as she got in! :)

Anyway, I have a few things to mention/show in this post.....
