December 2020 Not Just Cards Challenge for 11th of December, 2020

Not Just Cards is having a new challenge this month. The theme for the December 2020 Challenge is as usual: "ANYTHING GOES".
To join in the fun, click on the following link:

Here is my colouring for this month!

I created a slimline card using the hedgehogs from the awesome Club La-La Land Crafts October 2020 kit from La-La Land Crafts. I stamped the 4 hedgehogs on to X-Press It Blending card with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

I have used the following Copics markers:
  • hedgehog quills - E44, E25, E29, E49
  • hedgehog body - E40, E41, E43, E44, R20
  • hedgehog nose - E31, E33, E35
  • apple - R24, R27, R39, YG03, YG67
  • pie - E51, E53, E55
  • pie dish - YG03, YG25, YG67
  • background - BV000
  • sky - V01, BV000, BV00, B91, colourless blender
  • grass - YG61, YG63, YG67, colourless blender
I also used the Apple Orchard die from the same kit and die cut some green card stock and red shimmer paper for the apples. I then coloured the fence and the tree trunks in one of the brown Copic pens (can't remember which). I adhered the apple orchard on to the slimline card and adhered the apples to the trees, as well as on to the grass.
I fussy cut out the hedgehog images and adhered the two middle ones with foam squares and the two outer ones with wobblers to a white slimline card from Envelope Solutions
The sentiment was stamped in Elderberry Memento ink.
I have of course drawn inspiration for the colouring from the wonderful Alyce at Kit and Clowder and her Kit and Clowder Monthly Colouring Classes. I also draw inspiration from the La-La Land Crafts blog.

Here are the close-ups of the hedgehogs:

I made a movie of the little hedgehogs wobbling, which I will post on Facebook - check back here for the link, or go to the Facebook page of JemLou Productions.

I would like to enter this into a few challenges:

Anything Christmas Goes for Winter Wonderland for the 4th of December, 2020

At Winter Wonderland this month, we are hosted by Helen.
Welcome to our twelfth and final challenge for 2020.

Our theme is:

Anything Goes!

So here is my card:

Please remember that it is Christmas projects only and they must include the theme.
"ANYTHING CHRISTMAS GOES"

We don't have a sponsor this challenge, so we could use anything that we wanted! So I have used a new digital stamp from the wonderful Marcella at Power Poppy.

I chose Garden of Gratitude: Boot Bouquet for my image, which I digitally printed on to X-Press It blending card along with one of the sentiments and then cut out using my paper cutter.
I have coloured the image with the following Copics markers:
  • boots - BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78, C3, C5, C7, brown Wink of Stella
  • poinsettia - RV42, RV04, RV66
  • poinsettia centre - Y08, Y38, E87
  • holly - G21, G85, G28, G29
  • berries - R29, R46, RV99, clear Wink of Stella or RV66, R59, RV99, clear Wink of Stella
  • leaves - YG63, BG96, YG67
  • hellebores - YG00, YG03, colourless blender
  • other flower (I think a hibiscus!) - YR12, Y11, Y15, E35 (centre) RV93, C00, C0, colourless blender
  • background - BG0000, BG000, colourless blender
  • lettering - clear Wink of Stella
  • outline - RV66
I then used Distress crayons in seedless preserves, chipped sapphire, peeled paint and fossilised amber on a Kraft card from Envelope Solutions, blended the colours with water and then splattered some activated antiqued bronze. It is the first time I have used this crayons and I think that I will have to get the rest of them so that I can use them so more!

Here is a close-up of the distress crayon colouring:

I then adhered the coloured Boot Bouquet on to the card.

As usual, I have taken inspiration from the wonderful Monthly Classes and Bonus Classes from the awesome Alyce at Kit and Clowder.

Here is a close-up of the colouring:

I would like to add this card to the following challenges:
Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog MLCCB #29 - December Anything Christmas Goes
