Flower Challenge - Trio of Peonies

I have found a new challenge this week - The Flower Challenge, which is brand new this month. Their theme for their first challenge is "Anything Goes with Floral".

So I had a look in my already coloured box and found the trio of peonies from Power Poppy Stamps.

I totally adore the drawings of Marcella and the sentiments.

Unfortunately I can not for the life of me find where I have written down the Copics Pens I used to colour these beautiful peonies, but after colouring the sentiment with V01 and V04, I think it is the same, plus one other from the V range. I think I have used Y11 and Y15 in the centre. Then the leaves are probably YG67, YG63 and maybe YG06??

(If I find the correct colours I will update this post, but more likely I will colour this stamp again and then write down the correct colours!)

I have digitally stamped on to X-Press It card and then used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out all the images (not a fussy cutting fan!)

I have adhered it to a white square card from Envelope Solutions, along with the coloured sentiment:

I also coloured a single peony and adhered it to the inside of the card:

This card could also be used as a Get Well card, so I will also enter this card into the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge.

If I have time I may do another card for this challenge.

New Card - Bon voyage

I have been a little slack over Christmas, but it has not stopped my creativity!
Here is a new card for a challenge at Cupcake Inspirations:

I have coloured Travel Marci from La-La Land Crafts with Copics, then fussy cut her, attached her to some Kraft card (Envelope Solutions). The Bon voyage stamp is from KaiserCraft, stamped in Cocoa Memento ink.
A Kraft envelope (Envelope Solutions) is also included.
The Copic pens I used were:

• skin: E00, E02
• hair: YR20, E33, E35
• hat: E00, E02 (i think!)
• dress/pants: R20, R22
• boots: E33, E35, E37
• purse: R20, R22
• suitcase: E00, R20, R22
• background: BG10

Sunflowers Birthday Card

Here is my card for this week:

I have drawn inspiration from Cupcake Inspirations Challenge: Cupcake Inspirations #172. Here is the inspirational photo:

I also used a sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches: TMS #158 and the twist: Birthday!

I have used:

• a white square card and envelope from Envelope Solutions
• Chef Marci and some sunflowers (both from La-La Land Crafts) digitally stamped on to X-press it paper, hand coloured with Copics pens and fussy cut.
• a triangular piece of paper from a Spring Stack (DCWV) from quite a few years ago!
• "good friends eat cake" stamp (polka doodles - freebie from Australian Simply Cards) stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink
• four rhinestones from KaiserCraft coloured with Copics

The Copics Pens I used were:

• skin: E00, E11, E02, lipstick Spica pen
• hair: YR20, E33, E35, E37
• clothes: BG000, BG10, BG13, BG15
• cake: Y00, Y02, G05, RV14, lipstick Spica pen
• piping bag: Y00, Y02

Riding by to say Hi with Tricycle Marci

Here is my latest creation using inspiration from Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #171 for the colours: blue and yellow, Cupcake Craft Challenge #203 and Paper Makeup Stamps Challenge #47 for the theme: The Great Outdoors and Endless Summer, respectively.
So here is my card:

I have used a square white card and envelope from Envelope Solutions.
I have digitally stamped Tricycle Marci, the sentiment "Riding by to say Hi" and the fence from La-La Land Crafts and the sun from Jen's Sunshine, part of a set of digital stamps for charity from Paper Makeup Stamps.

I have printed on X-press It paper and coloured everything with Copics pens.
The Copic pens I used are:

• Tricycle Marci 
• skin: E50, E51 and lipstick Spica pen
• hair - E31, E35, E37
• shorts/headband - B02, B05
• top/hair bow - Y11, Y15, Y17
• bike - BG000, BG10, BG15, C1, C3, C5
• basket - E31, E35
• panda - C1, C3, C5, R20, lipstick Spica pen
• Fence
• wood - E31, E35, E37
• stones - W1, W3, W5, E35
• grass - YG63, YG67
• Sun
• Y11, Y15, Y17
• cheeks - R02
• tongue - E02

Everything was coloured on the edge with B00.

I also made an addition to this card, as I thought it was lacking something in the middle!

I digitally stamped the sunflowers from La-La Land Crafts, then coloured them with the following Copic pens:

• stems/leaves - YG03, YG63
• flowers - Y02, YR07, Y28, E37

I think next time, I'll add the sunflowers and fence together before I print! Too much fussy cutting!! :)

Here is my latest card using inspiration from Cupcake Inspirations Challenge 169.

I have used a freebie stamp from Australian Simply Cards by polka doodles, including the sentiment.
Both were stamped with Memento tuxedo black ink.
The stamp with the girl and cupcake was stamped on to x-press it paper and coloured with Copics pens.
The Copics pens I used were:

• skin: E00, E02
• hair: Y15, Y17, E11
• dress and hat: RV10, RV13
• cake: Y00, V000, B00, V12
• roses: YG67, R20, R22
• shadow: C1
• around the heart and on the sentiment: Black Spica pen

I have used a Kraft card from Envelope Solutions.

Also, I attached three Rhinestones from KaiserCraft, that I coloured with V12, B00 and RV13.

Bee Happy

What a yummy looking cake!! :)

Here is what I have done:

I used a kraft card and envelope.
I digitally created a scene from Watercan Marci, the bee and "Bee Happy" sentiment, the fence and sunflowers from La-La Land Crafts. Then I printed it on x-press it paper and coloured it with Copics pens.
The pens I used were:

• skin: E00, E02, Lipstick Spica for lips
• hair: Y11, Y15, Y17, R22 for hairbands
• dress & hat: R20, R22, R27, YG00, YG03
• boots: YG00, YG03, white gel pen for the spots, R22 for inside
• watering can: B00, B02, B05
• path: W1, W3, W5, E35
• fence: E31, E35, E37
• pots: E11, YR04, YR07
• sunflowers: YG03, YG63, Y02, YR07 (tip blended!), Y28, E37
• bee: Y15, Y17,  C1, C3, C5
• sky: B00
• grass: YG63, YG67

Also, the colouring and theme are based on Cupcake Inspirations - #167:

I have used a digitally stamped Pilot Luka from La-La Land Crafts which I have hand coloured with Copics pens. Luka is attached to a paper from a freebie from Australian Simply Cards - Travellight by We R Memory Keepers. The card base is Kraft from Envelope Solutions. A kraft envelope is also included.
For the colouring with the Copics pens, I used:

• E00, E02 - skin
• R20 - mouths, tongue, nose and cheeks
• R22, R27 - red
• B93, B95, B97 - blue
• B00 - background blue sky
• E31, E35, E37 - brown
• Y28 - gold stars and tag
• C1, C3, C5 - grey box
